    We want you to enjoy your FOSFO winter coats for years. That’s why we design our garments using high-quality durable materials.

    FOSFO’s warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snaps and zippers during its normal lifespan (between 4 to 5 years). FOSFO does not warrant damages caused by accident (tears), improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural disintegration of colors and materials over time.

    The item must be delivered clean in order to be able to get repaired properly, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 + taxes will be demanded.

    The delivery costs for the repair are borne by the customer.

  • Shipping policies

    The reception of your purchases made on the FOSFO website is within a delivery period of 3 to 6 working days. No delivery will be made to a postal box.

Please indicate your full correspondence address. Taxes are not included and duties might be charged according to your country. Return fees are borne by the customer.

  • Return Policy

    Your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or a refund. You have a 15 days delay from the date of the reception during which you may return the product purchased through the website, unworn and in its original package. FOSFO covers the return and exchange shipping costs.

    Final sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    The holiday purchases made starting November 1st 2021 on our website can be returned or exchanged until January 8, 2022. You must therefore contact us at [email protected] before January 8th to obtain a return number. Please mention when ordering if the purchase is a gift.

  • Price Adjustment Policy

    All price adjustments are subject to approval, requests must be sent to [email protected]. We will equalize prices within 15 days of purchasing a regular priced item only on our website.

    Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale events. No price adjustments will be made on items that are part of Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale promotion.

  • Care instructions

    Our best advice for your down insulated coat:


    • Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine (cold water)
    • Tumble dry on low temperature with tennis balls or dryer balls. It might need 2-3 cycles to dry.
    • Do not iron
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not use softener
    • Do not dry clean
    • Do not twist
    • Remove hood before washing
    • Store away from daylight

  • Sezzle


    Sezzle is a payment method that lets you buy now and pay later with a simple, interest-free installment plan. When you buy products with Sezzle, FOSFO processes and ships your order as if you paid the full price – even if you only paid part of the amount.


    Payments are spread over 6 weeks:

    • 25% is paid on the initial purchase
    • 25% at week 2.
    • 25% at week 4.
    • 25% at week 6.

    To use this secure payment method, select Sezzle when finalizing the transaction and follow the instructions to create your account once directed to the platform.


    • There is no minimum or maximum amount for purchasing with Sezzle on our website.
    • Sezzle doesn’t charge you any processing fees or interest, if you pay the installments on time.
    • Sezzle accepts a credit card as a method of payment, after doing a summary check of your credit rating. It does not affect your credit in any way. Transfers by bank account are also possible.

    In the case of an exchange / refund of a purchase made with Sezzle, the FOSFO return & exchange policy applies.
