What are your return policies?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or a refund. You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to return a product purchased on the site, provided that it is unworn and in its original packaging.
FOSFO covers return shipping costs only for products valued at over $150 before taxes that are not items on sale at 30% off or more.
Items reduced by 40% or more cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are considered a FINAL SALE.

What are your guarantees?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects: stitching, snap buttons, zippers, fabrics, and insulation for 1 year. We do not guarantee damage caused by accident (tears), improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading of colors and materials over time.
